Nucleating agents, ADVNCA series are for multiple general plastics. Thet are designed to enhance the results for both polar and non-polar polymers, including PE, PP, PET, PETG, and PA, etc. The additive improves the resin’s crystallinity to creates better mechanical properties and clarity after the process.

ADVNCA series nucleating agent surpasses other additives in several ways:

  • Clarity：With the unique crystallization structure, the nucleating agents will enhance the product’s mechanical properties while maintain or improve the clarity.
  • Liquid form：The ADVNCA series is in clear liquid form for better dispersion in production.
  • Lower dosage：Recommended concentration starting from 600 to 1000 ppm.
  • Environmental friendly: ADVNCA additive helps increase the recycled material usage rate in production without compromising the product performance. Customer achieves 40% cost down with more than 50% of recycled grade resin replacement.
